Healthy Breakfast: 5 Juice Recipe Tips for Actors

Making yourself a healthy breakfast juice in the morning to start your day is one of the best things you can do to live a healthier life as an actor.

If you are not familiar with juicing and would like to gain some inspiration, I recommend you watching the documentary film called “Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead“.  It’s an interesting story about an overweight man named Joe Cross who is fed up with his health problems and the way he looks.  The film takes you on his personal journey through juicing to regain his health.

What is the best Juicer?

Selecting the right Juicer is a lifestyle choice.  It really comes down to what your price bracket is and also seeing what kind of warranty you can get with your Juicer.  There are deals out there where you can get a Juicer with a 5-15 year warranty.

Check out Discount Juicers YouTube Channel. There’s good Juicer video content on there and it’s really informative and helpful.

I’m going to hook you up with 5 healthy juice recipes you can use to start your day. These are juice drinks I personally make at home.  They are fresh, raw organic juice drinks that add vibrancy to one’s body by way of concentrated liquid nutrition to your cells, organs and blood.
