Patiently Waiting

Sheila tries to level with her man to find some form of solace between the inconsistency in their relationship.

SHEILA: Each time I take another step toward loving you, you take me for granted and treat me wrong.  Why is that?  Why do you do that to my heart?  (beat)  I keep patiently waiting for things to level out between us, so we can finally be on a happy plain together.

There are times when I feel like a fragile toy in a moving box; tossed around all sides, battered and betrayed by your sudden mood swings.  How much longer do you think I can go, before I completely break apart?
